Cassie King Has a Hubby

It has been a long time since i have blogged. Sorry about that. This Summer has been crazy and once the end of July hit i can't believe i have enough time to write this quick blog! We left for Utah on Friday July 26th arrived late that night at Matt's parents home in Midway. We stayed there and enjoyed spending time with friends and family. I also was able to attend my first LIVE SESSION at the temple! It was amazing! Then on July 31st where we went to the Draper Temple for Cassie King's sealing! We then spent the rest of the day celebrating that splendid day! We then drove down to Cedar City that night and stayed with my grandma Chamberlain. The following day we had breakfast at the Pastry Pub where several of our friends came and we visited for a few hours. We were in St. George by 11 am where we spent the rest of the week through Sunday there. While there we also went to the temple after hearing that the church has now updated the film that assists in the endowment session. It added 12 minutes to the session, but it raised the level of spirituality by a lot! What a wonderful blessing the temple is to us in these days! Late afternoon on Sunday we took off back to Lincoln. We stayed Sunday night in Grand Junction and drove the rest of the way home on Monday. 

And now... just when you thought we would have some time to relax... we had to finish packing our place up in preparation to move to our new apartment the next day!!! Thank heavens for the missionaries and our good friends the Saure's... they came to the rescue and made our move a lot more smooth. Then both Matt and I have spent all day Wed-Fri working our jobs and then spending the evenings putting our new place together. Sigh... yesterday, Saturday was the first day we really had time to just do things at home and i spend a chunk of it preparing the lesson that i taught in Sunday school today. Which i must say went really well. :)

Now we have one week of regular schedule. We will be flying out of the country to LONDON a week from today! We will be there for 8 days and get back on the 26th which is the first day of class. So... this week is our last week of Summer... cuz once we get back school will have already started. 

Bring it on i say! This is going to be an amazing year! So many new fun exciting and challenging things to work towards and through.
